One Love Run – 5K, 10K, 10M, and Half Marathon
The One Love Run takes place on August 23, 2026 at Alamitos Beach in Long Beach, California. The event offers four race distances and uses an out-and-back format along the beach path.

- 10 Miler
- Half Marathon
Course layout: the 5K route is used for the 5K and for two laps as the 10K. The 10 Miler follows a 5 mile loop twice. The half marathon combines the 5 mile loop twice and the 5K route once. The beach path is an open course and other path users may be present; runners are asked to stay on the right side where pedestrians travel while cyclists use the left side.
On-course support includes a fully stocked water station at Belmont Pier and an aid station at the finish with water, sports drink, gels, and fruit snacks. Each station has a first aid kit and event crew members have received CPR training. Turns are marked with chalk, runner turn signs, and flags.
Logistics notes: early bib pick-up is available the day before at Sports Basement Long Beach. Gear check is available at the registration tent; participants should bring their own bag. All finishers receive a medal and overall first place medals are awarded to the top male and female in each distance. Race photos and results are distributed after the event and race photos are free.
