One Love Run - Long Beach
The One Love Run takes place on August 23, 2026 at Alamitos Beach, 780 E Shoreline Dr, Long Beach, CA 90803. The event includes multiple distances and uses out and back routes along the beach path.

Course notes: the 5K route is used for the 5K (one lap) and the 10K (two laps). The 5-mile route is used twice for the 10 Miler. The Half Marathon combines two laps of the 5-mile route and one lap of the 5K route. The beach path is an open course shared with others; participants are asked to stay on the right side of the path while cyclists use the left side.
On-course support: a fully stocked water station is located at the Belmont Pier. The finish area has an aid station with water, gatorade, gels, and fruit snacks. Each station has a first aid kit and crew members trained in CPR. Turns on the course are marked with chalk, runner turn signs, and flags.
Final details and services: early bib pick-up is available at Sports Basement Long Beach on the second floor and bib pick-up is available on race day near Claremont Ave. Participants should wear their bib on the front. Gear check is available at the registration tent; bring a personal bag. All finishers receive a medal and overall first place medals are awarded to the first male and first female in each distance. Results and photos are sent after the race. Parking in the lot is $2 per hour and street parking is free; the Passport app may be used for lot payment for some distances. Early starts for the Half Marathon may be pre-arranged; early starters are not eligible for awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
