Event
One Epic Run is a 24-hour running event held at Croft State Park in Spartanburg, SC. The event takes place on a weekend in early December. Entry fee for the 24-hour event is $50. Registration is limited; the listing shows 75 spots remaining and that registration closes on December 5, 2026.
Course and logistics
The course uses the old 5k loop and extends to the park Southside. Participants use self manual timing and report results at the end of the event. Runners are asked to bring a cup to place a rock in for each lap completed. The event is described as a cup-less aid format; participants should provide their own hydration vessel and are invited to bring a dish to share for the shared aid station.
