On The Rocks Trail Runs
On The Rocks Trail Runs takes place on June 27, 2026 at Rocky Ridge County Park in York, PA. The event offers multiple trail distances on a looped route that mixes rocky sections, dirt, and tree roots.
Distances offered:
- 50K three loops of the 16.7K course
- 33.3K two loops of the 16.7K course
- 16.7K one complete loop of trails and hills
- 10K a partial loop with about 800 feet of elevation
The route features rolling hills and rocky terrain. Each full loop contains four and a half climbs that average approximately 250 vertical feet each, making one loop about 1,350 feet of elevation gain. The 16.7K is one loop of the course; longer distances repeat that loop as noted above.
Additional event notes: registration closes June 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. To receive the wicking T-shirt registrants must register by June 12, 2026. There is a cutoff rule requiring runners to start their last loop before 12:20 PM. No refunds are given because proceeds go to a local charity.
