ON A PLOD 2 MCR
ON A PLOD is a five-hour, backyard-style running event that resembles an all-day running festival rather than a traditional race. The event uses a fast, flat 3km loop along the river and through Salford Quays, with every lap starting and finishing at the race hub at Steel Foundry. Participants may complete a single loop or keep stacking laps throughout the five-hour format.
