Event overview
The 28th Annual Olmsted Spirit 5k takes place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, in Olmsted Falls, OH. The event is centered at Olmsted Falls High School, 26939 Bagley Road. It includes a 5k run and youth fun runs open to children ages 1 to 10. Registration opens November 27, 2025. Entry fees listed are $25 for the 5k and $10 for the youth fun runs.
Details, awards and perks
The organizing non-profit is in the process of dissolving, but the race will continue under new ownership and the existing scholarship program will be maintained for Olmsted Falls High School graduates. Race day features packet pick-up, youth track events on the high school track, an award ceremony and a raffle. The 5k route is provided for runners and walkers. Timing is chip based. Youth finishers receive a medal. Participants receive one free raffle ticket and there are post-race snacks and a raffle. Awards include top overall female and male in the 5k and top three females and males in age groups from 10 and under up to 80 and above.
