Olmsted Spirit 5K
The Olmsted Spirit 5K is the 28th annual community running event held at Olmsted Falls High School in Olmsted Falls, Ohio on May 23, 2026. The event's mission is to foster healthy activity and get families moving together through running, walking, and hiking. Profits from the event are donated equally to the High School, Middle School, and Elementary School.
The event includes a USATF certified 5K course with professional chip timing, an official event shirt, and finisher medals for all participants. A Youth Fun Run is offered for younger children. An award ceremony recognizes top finishers including overall male and female winners, who receive large trophies, and age group awards for the top three males and females across many age categories up to 80 and over.
Participation fees are stated as follows:
- 5K Run/Walk $30, discounted to $12 for ages 0 to 18
- Youth Fun Run (Ages 1 to 10) $10
