The Oliver Fisher 10k & 5k takes place on 10 May 2026 at Milton Creek Country Park in Sittingbourne, Kent. The event raises funds for The Oliver Fisher Special Care Baby Trust, which supports the Neonatal Unit at Medway Maritime Hospital in Gillingham. The charity tops up NHS funding to buy specialised equipment and provide resources; over 1,200 babies pass through the unit in a single year.

The route is an off-road stone trail that follows the 2025 course layout and remains within the grounds of Milton Creek Country Park. Entry categories have age limits: the 10k is open to entrants aged 15 and over, the 5k to entrants aged 11 and over. On-the-day entry fees are listed as 10k: £25, 5k: £20, Junior Run: £6 (subject to availability). The event includes a bespoke medal, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and free photographs. Free but limited on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis; the main car park is accessed from Saffron Way and has a 6 ft 6 in height barrier.
