Old Forge Marathon Weekend
Old Forge Marathon Weekend is a multi-day race festival held in Old Forge, NY at the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center from Thursday September 10 to Sunday September 13, 2026. The program includes running, paddling and cycling events across a range of distances and combined challenges.

- 3.1-mile Kayak
Most courses run on gravel and dirt roads through the Adirondack Park. Several events offer race apparel and finisher medals: the 5K includes a custom short sleeve shirt, and many longer events include a premium long sleeve race hoodie and a finisher's medal. There are also virtual versions of the marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K, and multi-day challenge options that combine events across the weekend.
Packet pickup is staged at the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center on the days before and during the weekend. Free parking is available on site with overflow parking within walking distance.
