Event Overview
The Old Forge Marathon Weekend is a multi-day event held from Thursday, September 10 to Sunday, September 13, 2026 in Old Forge, New York. The event is based at the George T Hiltebrant Recreation Center. It features a wide variety of running and multi-sport events across four days.

The weekend includes numerous individual events and combination challenges:

- ADKrazy (3 Day Challenge): A combination of the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon over three days.
- Loony Challenge: A two-day challenge combining a 10K and a half marathon, with several schedule variations.
- Super Loony Challenge: A two-day challenge combining a 10K and a full marathon.
Course and Details
The running courses (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and 50K) are described as offering "a true ADK experience on mostly gravel/dirt roads" through the Adirondack Park. Participants in the 10K, half marathon, marathon, and ultra receive a premium custom race flannel button-up shirt and a finisher's medal. 5K participants receive a custom short-sleeve shirt and medal. Packet pick-up is scheduled at the recreation center on the days leading up to the events.
