Old Baldy Run for the Light
The event is a scenic running event on Bald Head Island, North Carolina, with a course that runs near coastal dunes and through the maritime forest toward the Old Baldy Lighthouse at dusk. The start and finish are located at 101 Lighthouse Wynd, Bald Head Island, NC 28461. Packet pickup is at the Bald Head Association Center, 111 Lighthouse Wynd.

- 5K - timed event
- 10K - timed event
Participants may run or walk the courses. Entries include a finisher medal, shirt and a swag bag while supplies last. Participants aged 21 and over receive a beer ticket.
To reach Bald Head Island, participants must travel by ferry from Deep Point Marina in Southport, NC and secure their own ferry fare. Upon arrival on Bald Head Island expect a five to ten minute walk to the race start line or the option to ride the tram.
