Oktoberfest 5K at Mayflower Brewing
The Oktoberfest 5K takes place at Mayflower Brewing Company in Plymouth, MA. The event includes a post race Oktoberfest celebration at the brewery, where awards are announced and a complimentary beer is provided with registration for participants aged 21 and over with valid ID. Additional beers are available for purchase.
Packet pickup is planned at Marathon Sports Plymouth (9 Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360) before the event and at the Mayflower Brewing Company parking lot (12 Resnik Rd # 3, Plymouth, MA 02360) on race day; specific pickup times are to be determined.
Two registration swag options are offered for 2026. The premium Prost Package (limited to 200) includes a short-sleeve Lederhosen tech t-shirt, a festive feathered hat, an exclusive PROST stein or mug, a finisher medal, and one complimentary beer. The Basic Package includes the Lederhosen tech t-shirt and one complimentary beer. Only Prost Package registrants receive a finisher medal in 2026; Prost availability is limited to the first 200 purchasers.
Teams of 20 or more receive a reserved tent and table at the post race party and a stock of beer at the finish; all 20 members must be registered by Wednesday 9/23 to qualify.
Awards include Marathon Sports gift cards for overall top three male and female finishers and age group top finishers, with age groups from 1-19 through 80+ added for 2026. Awards are handed out in person at the brewery and recipients must be present to accept them.
The event partners with Boston Children’s Hospital for fundraising and offers an option at checkout to add a manual donation. Registration refunds are not allowed except through purchased event insurance. Walkers and stroller entrants are welcome but asked to start at the back. Dogs may spectate but may not participate.
