Oes & Vlam run

Oes & Vlam is a trail running event at Sandringham Farm in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. The event offers two route options on farm trails that run through planted forest and orchards.

The course runs through a blue-gum forest, passes three dams and goes through a guava orchard on the farm. The setting is described as a large farm area used for both running and a concurrent music festival.

The event includes category winners prizes, lucky draws and customised medals. Coffee and breakfast items will be available for purchase on site. Walkers are welcome.
