Ocean Lake Midweek Splash and Dash 2

The Ocean Lake Midweek Splash and Dash 3 is an aquathlon event held at Leybourne Lake Water Sport Centre in Kent. It features open water swims of 750m or 1500m, followed by runs of either 2.5k or 5k on a hard-packed trail around the lake within a Green Flag Award country park. The swim starts from a jetty into shallow water, ideal for acclimatization.

The event welcomes novices, age group, and elite athletes, with beginner options available for shorter swim distances.
