Big South East Swim & Aquathlon : The Bridge, Dartford
The event is an open water swim meeting and aquathlon held at The Bridge in Dartford, using the South Lake. Entry options include multiple swim-only distances and two aquathlon formats. Wet suits are compulsory for swimmers.
On arrival participants are directed to the site car park; the swim start is located about 400 metres from the car park. Registration is located on the right-hand side on the grass. There are changing tents and toilets on site. A fast track bus route runs along the site; pedestrians are asked to keep to the pavement.

- 2000m swim
- 1000m swim
- 2000m swim plus 10k run aquathlon
- 1000m swim plus 6k run aquathlon
The organisers note that the ground at the lake edge can be wet and muddy on exit. After the event there will be free food and cold drinks for swimmers. Swimming in the lakes at The Bridge is forbidden outside of organised events or authorised open water training sessions; unauthorised swimmers may be removed from the site and barred from future events.
