The race starts and finishes at Shell Park on Lakeshore Road West. The course runs along the lakeshore, follows Lakeshore Road, passes through neighbourhoods to the south of Lakeshore, and includes a loop through Tannery Park before returning to Shell Park.
Aid stations provide water and electrolyte hydration approximately every 3 km; portable toilets are available at each aid station and at the start/finish area. The half marathon has a cut-off time of 3.5 hours measured from its start. Pace bunnies will be available for the half marathon distance.
There is no race day parking at Shell Park; a shuttle service operates between Bronte GO Station and the race venue and is available to spectators. Bag check is offered at the venue; participants are advised not to leave valuables as their security cannot be guaranteed.
Two pre-race kit pick-up opportunities are provided: in Toronto on October 1 at Culture Athletics (1052 Queen Street West) and at the Race Expo in Oakville on October 3 at Holiday Inn & Suites Bronte (2525 Wyecroft Road). There is no general race day kit pick-up. Transfers between runners or distances are permitted until race week for a $5 administration fee.
The event policy notes no refunds for cancellations, weather cancellations result in no refunds but registered participants receive their swag bag and race shirt, and a virtual option is available if the in-person event is cancelled.
