The event takes place at Shell Park, 3307 Lakeshore Road W, Oakville, Ontario, on October 4, 2026. Distances offered include:
- 21.1 km Half marathon
- 10 km Race
- 5 km Race
The course starts and finishes at Shell Park, follows the lakeshore, and explores neighbourhoods south of Lakeshore. The route includes a loop through Tannery Park before returning to Shell Park. The course is described as fast, flat, and scenic.
Aid stations provide water and electrolyte hydration approximately every 3 km. Portable toilets are available at each aid station and at the start/finish area. For safety, dogs and strollers are not permitted on the race courses. The half marathon has a 3.5 hour cut off time.
Every finisher receives an event T shirt and a finishers medal. Pace bunnies will be available for the half marathon. Bag check is offered at the venue; volunteers staff the service but the organizers cannot be responsible for valuables.
There is no race day kit pick up. Advance kit pick up is scheduled in Toronto and at a race expo in Oakville the day before the event. There will be no race day parking at Shell Park; participants are directed to park at the Bronte GO Station lot where a free shuttle runs between the station and the race venue. The event policy states no refunds for cancellations due to weather, and a virtual option is available if the event is cancelled.
