Oakville 21.1 offers three distances:
- 21.1 km (half marathon)
- 10 km
- 5 km
The race is held at Shell Park, 3307 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, Ontario, on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The course runs along the lakeshore, loops through local neighbourhoods and includes a loop through Tannery Park before returning to Shell Park. Aid stations provide water and electrolyte hydration approximately every 3 km. Portable toilets are located at each aid station and at the start/finish area. No dogs or strollers are allowed on the course. Every finisher receives an event T-shirt and a finishers medal. The half marathon has pace groups listed with target finishing times from 1:25 to 2:30. The half marathon has a cut-off of 3.5 hours after its start.
Logistics and policies
Registration opens January 15, 2026 and fees are tiered with early bird, standard and last-minute prices. Sample listed fees include: half marathon ($126.28 to $171.38), 10 km ($75.54 to $98.10), and 5 km ($64.27 to $81.18). Group discounts apply: 10% off for 5–10 people and 15% off for 10+ on the same transaction. There is no race day kit pick-up; advance pick-up options and a race expo the day before are provided and a VIP pick-up option is available. There will be no race day parking at Shell Park; participants are advised to use Bronte Go Station with a free shuttle between the station and the venue. Bag check is available but valuables should not be left unattended. Transfers between runners or distances are allowed until race week for a $5 administration fee. There are no refunds or deferrals; if the event is cancelled, a virtual option is offered and registered participants receive their swag bag and race shirt.
