About the race
Oakville 21.1 is a road race held at Shell Park on Lakeshore Road West in Oakville, Ontario. The event offers multiple distances and a lakeshore course that includes a loop through Tannery Park and sections that pass through neighbourhoods south of Lakeshore Road.

The course is described as fast, flat and scenic along the lakeshore. Aid stations supply water and electrolyte hydration approximately every 3 km. Portable toilets are provided at each aid station and at the start and finish area. The half marathon has a cut off time of 3.5 hours after its start.
There is no race day parking at Shell Park. Parking is available at Bronte GO Station and a free shuttle service runs between Bronte GO and Shell Park; spectators may use the shuttle. Bag check is available at Shell Park, and participants must pick up their race kit, which includes a bib and timing chip, before race day. There is no race day kit pick up; advance kit pick up is scheduled in Toronto and at a race expo in Oakville on the days before the event. VIP pick up options are offered through the event store.
For fundraising, the Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre fundraising effort shows CA$7,189.57 raised toward a CA$10,000 goal.
