Citizens Queens 10K
The Citizens Queens 10K is a 10 km road race held in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens on June 20, 2026. The event is the fourth race in the NYRR Five Borough Series and returns with Citizens as the title sponsor for a third consecutive year. The course runs through park pathways and trails and is followed by on-site post-race activities and refreshments.
The race serves as a 9+1 qualifier for the 2027 TCS New York City Marathon and as a 4 Out of 6 qualifier for the 2027 United Airlines NYC Half. Awards are presented on site to the top three finishers in the overall men, women, and nonbinary divisions; age-group placings can be claimed after the event. Individual prize money for overall finishers is listed as 1st $800, 2nd $600, 3rd $300, 4th $200, and 5th $100. Additional NYRR member prizes and time bonus standards are published for eligible competitors.
A Flushing Meadows Kids Run for ages 2 to 18 is offered on race day with free registration. Participants can pick up race numbers at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub at 320 West 57th Street. Live unofficial results and runner tracking will be available via the NYRR app, and official results will be posted after the event.
