About the race
The Nittany Valley Running Club Boalsburg Turkey Trot is an annual community road race held Thursday, November 26, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Military Museum in Boalsburg, PA. The event offers multiple course options that begin and end at the museum and run along local bike paths and neighborhoods near Mount Nittany Elementary and Middle Schools and Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy.

- 8K
Early packet pickup and registration is scheduled for November 25, 2026, at Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy, 901 Boalsburg Pike, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Race day packet pickup and registration are located at the Pennsylvania Military Museum.
Awards are presented to the top three overall finishers, the top three male and top three female finishers, and to age group winners. The event also functions as a fundraiser with a goal of raising $12,000 to support the girls and boys teams across three seasons : cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field. A portion of funds will be donated to the Friends of the Pennsylvania Military Museum and to local youth running programs.
