The event takes place in Nuneaton, Warwickshire with the start line at Nuneaton Council House on Coton Road. The programme offers road races over two distances and includes both attended and virtual entry options. All participants receive a physical memento.

The course is described as flat and is mainly on road and concrete with a short track section in the final 400 metres. The route runs from Coton Road towards the Arches, along Avenue Road, into Attleborough Road and enters Riversley Park, where the course loops and repeats laps before a final passage through a tunnel into Pingles Stadium and a finishing lap on the stadium track. Kilometre markers are placed on the course and it will be professionally measured to support timed results and personal best attempts.
Entry and race procedures are constrained by capacity and bookings close on Wednesday 13 October 2027 or earlier if the event fills. Entry fees are listed as follows: 10K £23.00 affiliated and £25.00 unattached; 5K £18.00 affiliated and £20.00 unattached. Participants must wear a race number to take part. Race numbers can be collected at Pingles Stadium the day before from midday to 17:00, or on the morning of the event between 07:30 and 09:00; someone else may collect a number on a participant's behalf.
