About the race
NSRF Santa Strut 5K is held at Hempstead Lake State Park in West Hempstead, NY. The scenic park course invites runners and walkers to enjoy a festive Santa Strut atmosphere, with a commemorative Santa Strut tee for participants. A free Kiddie Dreidel Dash adds family-friendly fun, and post-race refreshments are provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water.
Both in-person and virtual registration options are available, with bib mailing and online results. Proceeds benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, supporting athletic events, youth and special needs programs, and local elite athletes.
