Event overview
The Never Stop Running Foundation Strawberry Fest is set for May 24, 2026, at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York. The event meets at the Grecian Center, known as the Peristyle, which is also the finish and bib pickup location. Two race distances are offered:
- 5K
- Half Marathon
The 5K uses a USATF certified loop at Prospect Park and is one loop. The half marathon is run as four loops of the same course. Runners must cross the finish-line mats on each loop so split times and finish photos sync correctly.
Registration, amenities and logistics
Registration options include in-person and virtual entries; virtual entries include a shirt, medal, and name on the bib. Bib mailing is available for a fee if registered at least 10 days before the event. Amenities include an informal bag check area, nearby bathrooms, hydration at the finish, and post-race refreshments provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Results and standings will be posted online and sent by text or email for age-group recognition; there are no physical awards listed. Donations from the event benefit the Never Stop Running Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports youth and special needs running programs and related community activities.
