NYC St. Patrick's 5K & 10K NSRF
This event stages a USATF certified 5K course through Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, with the route passing the Unisphere twice and circling the Fountain of the Planets. The start and finish are located on the north side of the Queens Theater, and the 10K consists of two laps of the 5K course.
Distances include:
- 5K one loop of the certified course
- 10K two loops of the 5K course
- Free kiddie fun run
On-site amenities include an informal bag check area, hydration at the finish, portable toilets near the finish, and park restrooms a short walk from the start and finish areas. Event refreshments are provided by All Round Foods and Waterloo Sparkling Water. Participants receive an NYC St. Patrick's T-shirt.
Entry options include an in-person race day bib pickup beginning one hour before the event and a mailed bib option for a fee when registered sufficiently in advance. A virtual option allows participants to log a time and up to five photos during the event week; items for virtual participants begin shipping the first day of the event.
Results are published live online with same-day finish line photos and video. Age group recognition is awarded across standard age brackets and overall top finishers.
