About the race
The Novosadski maraton is a long-standing running event held in Novi Sad, Serbia. The event features two distinct dates for its primary disciplines. A half marathon event is scheduled for March, while the full marathon takes place in October. The start of the races is located at Trg slobode (Freedom Square) in the center of Novi Sad.
The event offers a wide range of distances for various age groups and physical abilities:

- Joy Race (5 km)
- Nordic Walking (5 km and 10 km)
- Youth Races (200m to 1000m)

The half marathon has a time limit of 3 hours, while the 5 km and 10 km disciplines have a 2-hour limit. Participants under the age of 18 who wish to compete in distances of 5 km or longer must provide a certified medical certificate not older than six months, along with parental and coach consent.
Registration is mandatory and the entry fee varies based on the date of payment. Start packages can be collected at the Hunting Hall of the Hotel Vojvodina, located near the start line, during the days leading up to the race.
