The 10k route consists of a variety of terrains, including hills, stone paths, soft trails, and forest tracks. The course is fully way-marked for participants. A water station is positioned at the 4 mile mark to provide hydration during the run. The event has a minimum age requirement of 18 years for the main race, and dogs are not permitted on the course.
The following distances are available:
- 10 km
- 1 mile (Children's fun run)
The children's event consists of a single loop of the land form and is available to those with an adult entered in the main 10k race. On-site facilities include an event village featuring a café and various stalls. Participants receive a bespoke finishers medal upon completion. The park remains open until late on the day of the event, and infrastructure such as parking and toilets are available on-site for attendees.
