The Northumberlandia 10K Trail Race
The event takes place at Northumberlandia, Fisher Lane, Cramlington NE23 8AU. Organisers have permission to use the landform itself, the surrounding countryside and a former open cast site, allowing the course to pass over areas normally off limits to the public.
Distances offered:
- 10 km trail race on mixed terrain including hills, fast stone paths, soft trails, forest tracks and a "sting in the tail".
- 1 mile childrens fun run forming a loop of Northumberlandia; free entry for children when an adult is entered in the main event.
The course will be fully way marked and a water station is provided at mile 4. All finishers receive a bespoke medal. An event village with a café and stalls will operate after the race. The park will remain open until 9PM. Parking and toilets are available on site. Dogs are not permitted in the race. Participants may be filmed or photographed and images may be used on social media.
The minimum age for the main event is 18 or older. Entry fee for the main race is listed at £30. Entries open 30 October 2025 and close 16 July 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
