About the race
Northern Beaches Triathlon Series Race 1 is organised by Warringah Triathlon Club at North Head / Scenic Drive in Manly, within the Sydney Harbour National Park. The club stages both triathlon and duathlon races on flat, fast bike and run courses with minimal traffic and harbour views. Races are electronically timed with full segment results published. The club supplies timing chips, course marshals, raffle prizes and refreshments as part of the race fee, and provides a free barbecue for competitors, volunteers and supporters at each event.
Podium prizes, a series handicap award and lucky-draw prizes are offered at events. Key participant rules and notes include that juniors under 14 years old on race day may only enter the Enticer, athletes under 16 are classed as juniors, and athletes may compete in up to two conducted-club races in a season before needing Australia Triathlon and club membership. AusTriathlon Standard and Premium members receive discounted entry and a series-entry option is available for eligible members (minimum four races). Registration closes at midnight the Saturday prior to each race and there is no race-day registration. Event dates for the season include several race dates across late 2026 and early 2027, hosted by Warringah Triathlon Club at the North Head venue.
