NTMC Halloween Hustle
The NTMC Halloween Hustle is an annual running event held at North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, Texas. The event offers both an in-person race on a USATF certified course and a virtual participation option where participants choose their own location.

In-person participants receive a goodie bag with sponsor items and an event t-shirt. Virtual participants receive an event t-shirt by mail after October 25 and a FINISHER Certificate for recording their completion time and date; virtual entries are not eligible for additional awards.
The event uses digital timing with immediate posting of results and provides live results online through its timing platforms. Awards include plaques for the top male and female finishers in each race and a plaque for the business and school with the most entries. Medals are awarded to places one through three within the age brackets for each race; the 5K age groups range from 5 and under up through 80 and older, and the 10K age groups range from 19 and under up through 80 and older.
Packet pick up is held at North Texas Medical Center on two weekday afternoons and on the morning of the race; specific pick up times include afternoon pickup windows and an early morning window on the race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
