NTMC Halloween Hustle
The event is an annual 5K Run/Walk and 10K Race held at North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, TX, with an in-person option on a USATF certified course and a virtual option where participants choose their own location. All proceeds benefit the North Texas Medical Center Foundation.
Timing uses digital chip timing with live results published online immediately after the races. In-person participants receive an event t-shirt and a goodie bag from sponsors. Participants who register by Friday, October 10 are guaranteed their t-shirt size. Virtual participants receive an event t-shirt mailed after October 25 and a finisher certificate for documenting time and date; there are no additional awards for virtual entries.

Packet pickup is at North Texas Medical Center on the days before and the morning of the event: Thursday, October 29; Friday, October 30; and the race day morning. Awards include plaques for top male and female finishers in each race, a plaque for the business and the school with the most entries, and medals for 1st through 3rd place in the published age brackets for each distance.
