NTMC Halloween Hustle
The NTMC Halloween Hustle is an annual running event held at North Texas Medical Center, 1900 Hospital Boulevard, Gainesville, TX. The 2026 edition is the 29th annual Halloween Hustle and benefits the North Texas Medical Center Foundation.
The event is offered as in-person races on a USATF certified course or as a virtual event where participants choose their own location. In-person participants receive a goodie bag and an event t-shirt. Virtual participants receive an event t-shirt by mail after October 25 and a finisher certificate; virtual entries are not eligible for additional awards. The event uses digital timing with results posted immediately and live results available online.

- 10K Race on a USATF certified course
Packet pick up takes place at North Texas Medical Center on Thursday, October 29 and Friday, October 30 from mid afternoon to early evening, and on race day at North Texas Medical Center during morning packet distribution. Awards include plaques for top male and female finishers in each race, a plaque for the business and school with the most entries, and medals for top three in the listed age brackets.
