North Stonington Education Foundation 5K and 2 Mile Walk
The event takes place on May 23, 2026 at the North Stonington Grange Fairgrounds on Wyassup Road in North Stonington, Connecticut. It includes a 5K road race, a two mile fitness walk and children’s fun runs.

Registration fees are listed for pre-registration and after the pre-registration deadline: 5K run and 2 mile walk have a pre-registration fee of $36 and $32 respectively, with higher fees after the deadline; kids fun runs have a lower pre-registration fee of $17 and a higher fee after the deadline. Registration and race packet pick-up occurs the morning of the event from 8:30 to 9:45 AM. A T-shirt is guaranteed for those pre-registered by May 12, 2026 or while supplies last.
An after race picnic will offer hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and bottled water. Awards are given to the overall top two finishers in each listed age division: 8-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 and up. All proceeds benefit the North Stonington Education Foundation, a non-profit that supports public education in North Stonington, CT. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
