North Devon Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K
The North Devon Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K is a running event held in Woolacombe, North Devon, at The Meadow, South Street, EX34 7BB on Sun 27 June 2027. Entry is open to over 18s. The event uses public footpaths, private land and rugged terrain and is registered with the Fell Runners Association (licence numbers 2025-9138 / 2025-9137).
A race village is based at the Meadow Playing Fields (Woolacombe Football Club) where runners collect race bibs with timing chips and can pick up merchandise including the official tech tee. There are toilets in the race village but no showers or changing facilities. There is no parking at the playing fields; nearby public car parks include the Esplanade, Woolacombe Bay Central Car Park, Sandy Burrows Car Park and Marine Drive.
On-course support includes 12 designated water stations; runners are encouraged to bring reusable bottles or cups. First aid is provided by Apex Safety with trained medical personnel on bike, ambulance and on foot, and marshalls are stationed along the course. The event operates staggered starts by distance and will award 1st–3rd male and female finishers for each distance based on time. Dogs are not allowed on the race course but well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the event village. Fundraising and registration help support North Devon Hospice.
