The North Canton YMCA July 4th Race takes place in North Canton, Ohio, at 200 S Main St on Saturday, July 4, 2026. This is the 47th running of the event. Organizers provide participant items including a custom finisher medal and a race t-shirt. The event program includes music, costume contests, awards, and pre- and post-race activities. General course maps are provided and the 5 mile course will be certified to meet United States Track and Field (USATF) standards in May.

Most individual events have an entry fee of $37. The combo event fee is $69. Registration for most events opens January 6, 2026; the combo event opens January 22, 2026. Packet pickup is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, Thursday, July 3, and Friday, July 4. Organizers acknowledge event sponsors and seek volunteers. Results from prior years are archived.
