About the race
The North Bay Canada Day Road Race is an annual community road race held on July 1, 2027, along the shores of Lake Nipissing in North Bay, Ontario. The event starts and finishes at Shabogesic Beach on Memorial Drive and offers two distance options.

Parking and washrooms are available on site. All finishers receive a finishers medal. Bib pickup takes place on race morning.
Registration opens August 15, 2026. Registration follows tiered pricing periods including early bird, regular and last minute windows, and registration fees are nonrefundable with no deferrals. The event is organized by the North Bay Run Club.
The course runs along lakefront roads adjacent to Lake Nipissing with start and finish at the beach location named above.
