HOKA Norefjell Trail
HOKA Norefjell Trail takes place on 19 June 2027 around the Norefjell mountain area. The event offers three main race distances that use a mix of gravel roads, single-track trails and open mountain terrain.
Distances:
- 12K : shorter loop with runnable sections and a downhill finish.
- 22K : half marathon route starting at Norefjell Ski & Spa, includes single trails and an ascent to Høgevarde at 1,450 meters.
- 42K : marathon route over varied terrain, passing Tempelseter and Istjenn and reaching Høgevarde before descending to the finish.
A separate kids event is held at Norefjell Ski & Spa. It begins with a group warm-up at the race arena and follows a playful course around the little lake. The kids race is open to everyone and is free of charge.
Practical details such as mandatory equipment, aid stations and a full weekend program are provided by the organizers. Registration opens 1 October and the event field is limited to 1,000 participants. The course descriptions note runnable sections, mountain views on clear days, and notable ascents and descents.
