2026 Nocona Mardi Gras 5K Fun Run/Walk
The event is the annual 5K fun run and walk held in Nocona, Texas on Saturday, February 14, 2026. Mardi Gras attire is encouraged. The start and finish are located at the corner of Clay Street and E Oak Street. Packet pickup is available at 102 Clay Street, in the Justin Building on the corner. The route follows the same course as the previous year and a map is provided in the race photos.
Registration for the 5K is ticketed with tiered fees: $30 for early registration by January 16, $35 from January 17 to February 6, and $40 from February 7 to February 14. A T shirt is not guaranteed for registrations after January 31. Chip timing and packet pickup are managed on race day.
Awards are presented on Clay Street in downtown Nocona. Age group awards will be given for males and females in 10 year increments. All funds raised through this race will go directly to support students in the Nocona Indian Band. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
