NoahBRAVE 5K
The NoahBRAVE 5K is an annual fundraising run held each September to honor the diagnosis month of the child who inspired the NoahBRAVE Foundation and to mark Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The event began as a virtual 5K in September 2020 to help with medical bills and related expenses, and the first official NoahBRAVE 5K fundraiser took place in September 2021.
The 2026 program offers both an in-person event in Franklin, TN and a virtual option available during the month of September. The in-person location is listed as the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Franklin High School. Race shirts are provided through Culture Apparel, and virtual participant shirts will be shipped.
Proceeds from the NoahBRAVE 5K support the foundation's mission to care for families, raise awareness, and fund research into terminal pediatric brain cancer. Funds raised during the event help cover expenses for families such as rent and mortgage, food and groceries, utilities, car expenses, travel for clinical trials and treatment, loss of wages, house cleaning, and funerals and bereavement support. In 2025 the foundation provided financial support to 134 families facing terminal brain cancer.
The event is described as the foundation's largest annual fundraiser and takes place each year in September. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
