2026 NJSP 5K CHASE
The 44th annual NJSP 5K Chase is organized by the State Police Memorial Association and takes place in West Trenton, New Jersey at 1040 River Road. The event pairs a timed 5K race with a Family Open House and an open house at the New Jersey State Police Museum. The race is open to all and offers a civil division and law enforcement divisions, including a division reserved for enlisted New Jersey State Troopers.
Registration is limited and the listed entry fee is $35 for each division. All registered participants receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal. Post-race activities include a kids fun run, an awards ceremony, and food and refreshments. Race timing is provided by an external timing company.
Awards are given to first place finishers in multiple team and individual categories for both law enforcement and non-law enforcement participants. Mixed teams and team awards require a minimum of three members and team results are determined by the combined time of the top three finishers. To qualify for law enforcement awards participants must be full-time, armed officers with full arrest powers and should bring credentials.
