15.7 mile course details: an out-and-back mostly on the Nipmuck Trail following the Fenton River for much of the route. The course includes three water stops, support at road crossings, small bridge crossings, a climb to a 50-foot cliff, fields, and woods, and it reaches Old Turnpike Road near Route 44.

The course uses a runnable single-track forest loop, sections of the Flood Line Trail and Blue Trail with technical terrain, and a Yellow Trail detour for the final loop. The final mile includes several short steep hills. Courses will be waymarked with flagging and signs.
