Race Format

Course Description

The lap-based course starts and finishes at the Hoover Sports Park East in Hoover, Alabama. The route crosses a bridge over the Cahaba River, descends four flights of stairs, and runs on wooded trails. The terrain is described as flat with small inclines and declines.

Participant Support

A full-service aid station is located at the start/finish line, accessible every lap. It provides food, hydration, and hot food options at certain times. The event is cup-less, so participants must bring their own cups or water bottles. There is space for participants and crews to set up tents or personal aid stations outside the race course.
