Newmarket Half Marathon
The Newmarket Half Marathon takes place on 31st May 2026 at the historic Rowley Mile Racecourse. This event supports the charity Wintercomfort and follows a single-lap course on fully closed tarmac roads. Participants start and finish at the iconic racecourse, traversing an undulating route that offers views of the surrounding rolling countryside.
The course features a total elevation gain of 212 meters. As a chip-timed race, it provides participants with accurate results for their performance. The event village serves as a central hub with various food and drink options available after the race.

Every participant receives a unique themed medal and post-race goodies upon reaching the finish line. Professional race photos are provided to all runners for free. The organizers offer an optional technical t-shirt for purchase, allowing runners to choose whether they wish to have a souvenir shirt included in their participation.
