The Newmarket Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 23 May 2027 at Rowley Mile Racecourse, Cambridge Road, Newmarket CB8 0TF, United Kingdom. The route is a fully closed road, one lap tarmac course that runs from and back to the racecourse through undulating open road stretches with rolling countryside views.
The advertised distance is a half marathon completed in a single lap. The course has an elevation gain of 212 m, uses tarmac surfaces and has a minimum entry age of 17 years. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals are positioned around the course to guide and cheer participants.
Results are chip timed. Finishers receive a unique themed medal, a free race photo and post race goodies. An event village provides food and drink options and free partner giveaways at the finish.
