The NY Skyline
The NY Skyline takes place at Liberty State Park in Jersey City on November 14, 2026. The event offers three distances: a half marathon, a 10K, and a 5K. The course runs on park paths along the Jersey City waterfront with views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. The route is described as flat and fast with minor inclines, and about one third runs under trees.
CityTri Runs provides pro chip timing with live results and per-lap splits. Friends and family can follow runners with live tracking. Free personalized race photos and video are posted to each participant page. Every finisher receives a medal, a technical race shirt, a personalized race video, pictures, and a race certificate. Post-race refreshments include bagels, snacks, and drinks, and there is an awards ceremony with plaques for the top three men and women overall and medals for the top three in each age group.
Pre-race services include bib pickup on race day only (45 minutes before each start), bag check, portable toilets at the start, and pre-race announcements. Water stations are placed three times per loop and provide water, Gatorade, and gels. Important rules include wearing the bib on the front torso, completing the half marathon within three hours, a minimum participant age of six, required waivers, and several prohibited items and behaviors on course.
