Mastercard New York Mini 10K - Women's Race
The Mastercard New York Mini 10K is a women’s road race held in Central Park on June 6, 2026. This is the 54th running of the event, which was founded in 1972 and named after the miniskirt as a symbol of women’s liberation. The race distance is 10 km.
Event features include scored results, finisher medals, and eligibility for 9+1 program credit. The race holds World Athletics Label status and prize money is awarded under World Athletics rules; runners must complete the course in 42 minutes or faster to be eligible for prize money. Prize categories include Open, USA, Wheelchair, NYRR Member Division, and NYRR Member Division 40+, with tiered awards for top finishers in each category.
Support services and race-day provisions are listed by the organizer. On-course provisions include water and Gatorade; post-finish items include water, apples, and pretzels. Race number pickup is available at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub at 320 West 57th Street. Bib pickup on race day closes 10 minutes after the start time and proxy pickup is allowed with the proper QR code and identification. Clear bag policy applies for bag check; allowed size no larger than 17 inches wide x 20 inches high x 7 inches deep.
