The event offers a road 10 Miler held in New Boston, New Hampshire, using an out-and-back route along the banks of the Piscataquog River. Organizers describe the course as flat and fast. A 2-person relay shares the 10 Miler course with an exchange zone at the 5 mile mark by Berry Good Farm. There is a published course time limit of 3.5 hours for the 10 Miler.
A new 5K follows the same first 1.5 miles of the 10 Miler, then returns to the Start/Finish at New Boston Central School. A virtual participation option is available for those who cannot attend in person; virtual results must be submitted by the Monday after the in-person event and virtual participants can receive race items by mail or early pickup.

On-course services include water stops roughly every 2 miles with Gatorade at the last three water stops, port-a-johns at the start/finish and exchange zone, gear check, and post-race refreshments. Finishers of the 10 Miler and relay teams receive medals; age-group and relay awards are distributed at the event. Live results and free digital race photos are provided online after the race.
