New England Spartan Event Weekend, June 26-27, 2027
This obstacle race weekend takes place at Carter & Stevens Farm in Barre, Massachusetts, a fourth-generation working dairy farm about 1.5 hours from Boston. The venue combines dense, heavily shaded New England woods, open pastures, and active cornfields. The natural layout includes single-track forest trails with hidden roots, loose rocks, and sudden elevation changes that affect footing and balance.
Event offerings include multiple race options across the weekend and spectator access. The Sprint covers 5 km with 20 obstacles and an average recorded duration of 1 hour 32 minutes 12 seconds. The Super covers 10 km with 25 obstacles. A kids race runs approximately 1–3 km and includes obstacles. Ticket starting prices listed for the event are $79 for the Sprint, $105 for the Super, and $29 for the kids race.
Team entries allow participants to lock the same start time and access group savings by purchasing together or using a personalized referral link. A service member discount of up to 25% is available to eligible US Military, US law enforcement, US firefighters and first responders, and US government employees after verification via GOVX.
