New Balance Bronx 10 Mile : September 19, 2026
The New Balance Bronx 10 Mile is a city road race held in the Bronx, with the course running through the borough’s neighborhoods and the event located near Yankee Stadium on East 161st Street. The distance is 10 miles and the race is part of NYRR’s Five-Borough Series.
The event serves as a qualifier for NYRR guaranteed-entry programs, including the 9+1 credit toward the 2027 TCS New York City Marathon and the 4 Out of 6 credit toward the 2027 United Airlines NYC Half. Registrants receive a New Balance tech t-shirt. Race features include finisher medals, club points, scoring, prize money, and a Team for Kids element. A free Boogie Down Kids Run for ages 2 to 18 takes place on race day; registration for that kids run is required.
On course support includes an NYRR Pace Team, MarathonFoto coverage with complimentary photos, and an HSS recovery zone with a recovery bag presented by Hospital for Special Surgery. Bib pickup is handled at the NYRR RUNCENTER (New Balance Run Hub) in Manhattan. Bag check uses clear bags no larger than 17" x 20" x 7". Live unofficial tracking is available in the NYRR App and official results are posted after the event.
Prize money is awarded in the NYRR Member Division, with payouts for the top five finishers and a Top Bronx Finisher award; time bonuses and member eligibility requirements apply. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
