NENE LETKV 5K and Fun Run/Walk
The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Scholarship Foundation hosts the 6th Annual Nene Letkv (Road Runner) event on July 11, 2026, at River Spirit Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The event takes place along the Arkansas River on the River Parks Trail, with staging in the south side parking lot and access to the river through nearby gates.
Distances:
- 5K: out and back on the running trail with a water stop at the turnaround.
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: out and back course marked by a cone and a sign.
Packet pickup is scheduled at the MCN Department of Education and Training Building, Conference Room, on July 11 from 12 PM to 5 PM. Race morning packet pickup is available at the start/finish area on the River Parks Trail near the south end of the River Spirit Casino parking lot.
Registrations are final; there are no refunds and entries are not transferable. Finishers receive medals and a runner gift while supplies last. Event timing is provided by a professional timing service using electronic RFID; results and finish line photos are available through the event platforms. Proceeds support scholarships, community initiatives, and research administered by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Scholarship Foundation, a tribal government non profit with tax qualified status under IRS rules.
