Nature Coast 100K, Chiefland FL
The Nature Coast 100K is an ultramarathon event held on December 5, 2026 in Chiefland, Florida, organized by Combat Racing. The event offers multiple distances:

The course follows the paved Nature Coast State Trail through the rural communities of Chiefland, Trenton, Cross City, and Fanning Springs. The route uses historic railroad corridors and features smooth pavement, oak hammocks, pine forests, wetlands, and views of the Suwannee River region. Wildlife in the area can include deer, wild turkey, gopher tortoises, hawks, and Gulf sturgeon.
Start and finish are at the College of Central Florida – Jack Wilkinson Levy Campus, where free parking is available on site. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before at a local location and bib pickup is available at the campus on race morning. Multiple fully stocked aid stations and a central aid hub are provided; aid stations supply water, electrolyte drink, snacks, basic first aid, and restrooms at select locations. Participants have 24 hours to complete their event.
Pacers are permitted later in the day; they must check in with race staff, use designated aid station access points, and follow rules about not carrying required gear or interfering with other participants.
The ruck division requires a minimum dry pack weight (20 to 30 pounds depending on category), a backpack style pack worn on the back, continuous carrying of the pack, and no outside assistance.
The event does not offer refunds. Rollover credit is available on a sliding scale based on how far in advance the process is completed. The College of Central Florida Jack Wilkinson Levy Campus is listed as a sponsor. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
