The National Trails Day 5K/3K is a timed walk or run hosted by the Recreation Advisory Board as part of National Trails Day. It is a family-friendly event open to both children and adults.

The event is designed to raise funds for maintaining existing greenways and developing new greenways in Wake Forest. Strollers are welcome but will be positioned at the back of the start line.
