2026 NAMI Walk & 5K for Wellness : OSU Wooster Campus
The 2026 NAMI Walk & 5K for Wellness is the 18th annual fundraiser to support free mental health services in Wayne and Holmes counties. The event takes place at the Secrest Welcome and Education Center on the OSU Wooster Campus on May 2, 2026. Participation is available in person or virtually.
Registration options and fees listed by the organizer include:
- Child Fun Walk registration free for children under 18; does not include a t-shirt.
- Adult Fun Walk registration fee.
- 5K registration fee; event is professionally timed.
- Adult virtual walk or run registration.
- A donation option for those not attending.
Registration by April 3, 2026, qualifies for a commemorative t-shirt. The event features raffle baskets (must be present to win) and a quilt raffle (no attendance required); quilt raffle tickets are 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. The timed 5K offers cash prizes for the top three male and top three female finishers: 1st place $100, 2nd place $75, 3rd place $50.
Additional awards include recognition for the top three fundraising teams with traveling trophies, a Best Decorated Team attending the event, and a Most Spirited Virtual Team.
