Event overview
The Mystic Half Marathon & 10K takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in the Mystic shoreline community. The course runs from Olde Mistick Village, passes historic ships and the downtown area, and finishes at Mystic Aquarium. The event is produced by the Hartford Marathon Foundation, a non-profit that organizes more than 30 races across the region.

All participants receive a short sleeve technical shirt and a custom-designed finisher medal. The event offers a virtual race option. The Shoreline Challenge links this race with Rocky Neck Runfest and the Surftown Half Marathon, Relay & 5K; a special Shoreline Challenge medal is presented in Westerly. A "Run for Good" program lets participants support local charities, including the Child & Family Agency of Southeastern CT, Girls on the Run of Southeastern CT, and the John Kelley Memorial Fund.
