Event Overview
The MVHCT Heroic Walk, Run & Roll is a community event held on Saturday, June 6, 2026. It takes place on the grounds of the Michigan Veteran Homes at Chesterfield in Chesterfield, Michigan. This is the fifth annual event, with all proceeds going to the MVHCT Charitable Support Fund to support programs and activities for the home's members.
Distances
The event offers two distances:
- .5 MILE REMEMBRANCE WALK: A half-mile loop around the property.
- 5K RUN/WALK: A timed 5K course on the property.
Additional Activities
A silent auction and raffle will be held. Travelin Tom's Coffee will be available for purchase on site.
Practical Information
Participants who register by May 22, 2026, will receive a commemorative event shirt. All registered participants receive a finisher medal. Parking is off-site at Naldrett and Green Elementary Schools, with continuous shuttle service provided to the event site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
