Music in Plymouth 5K
The Music in Plymouth 5K is a certified running and walking event located in Plymouth, Minnesota. The course is situated on the Northwest Greenway, with both the starting line and the finish line located at the Northwest Greenway Pavilion at 5250 Peony Lane North. The event takes place regardless of weather conditions, operating rain or shine.
Participants have the following distance option:
- 5 km run or walk
The race accommodates a variety of participants, including families and those using strollers. However, children must complete the course independently to be eligible for placement awards. Medals are presented to the first-place male and female finishers in each designated age category. For safety and course maintenance, dogs and in-line skates are not permitted on the route.
Registration fees provide participants with access to the event, refreshments, and entry into prize drawings. Pre-registered participants are guaranteed an event t-shirt, though an option is available for those who prefer to participate without receiving one. Results are recorded using timing chips and are made available immediately following the conclusion of the event.
