Muddy Paws
Muddy Paws is a trail race held in the Kendall Lake area of Cuyahoga Valley National Park at Pine Hollow, 5465 Quick Road, Peninsula, OH 44264. The course uses the park trails around Kendall Lake and is organized as looped routes so racers may complete one or more laps depending on distance.

- 5 Mile one loop around Kendall Lake
- 10 Mile two loops around Kendall Lake
Registration opens 12/1/2026. Registration closes 6/8/2027 for the 5K and 5 Mile, and 5/19/2027 for the 10 Mile. Published entry fees are $30 for the 5K, $35 for the 5 Mile, and $60 for the 10 Mile.
The event began in 2005 and supports the Humane Society of Summit County. A Mobile Adoption Center will be present at Pine Hollow on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
