Muddy Dash Kansas City 2026 - Valley Speedway
Muddy Dash Kansas City takes place on June 13, 2026 at Valley Speedway in Kansas City, Missouri. The event is a family friendly mud run held on a 5K course and welcomes participants of all ages under event rules.
The course includes obstacles, slides, and roughly a dozen "Muddy Moments" where participants will run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide through mud pits that are described as no deeper than waist deep. The run is presented as a noncompetitive experience and costumes are welcomed.
