Muddy Creek 5K and Youth 1K
The Sandusky County Park District hosts this running event at Creek Bend Farm - Wilson Nature Center in Lindsey, Ohio. The race takes place on the PK 5K Trail, which is named in honor of local runner Pam Graver-Koenig. All proceeds from the event are donated to the Sandusky County Park District to support local park initiatives.
Participants can choose between two distances:
- 5K run
- 1K youth race
The event is held at 720 South Main Street, and the registration area is located in the barn section of the farm grounds. Runners who register by October 4, 2026, receive a soft-style shirt and a participation ribbon. While shirts are provided to pre-registered participants, race day shirts are limited and available only while supplies last.
The event proceeds regardless of rain, though the organizers reserve the right to cancel if conditions become unsafe due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.
