Mud Tribe
Mud Tribe is a muddy obstacle course run. Two distance options are available: a 5 km course and a shorter 1.5 km course.
The event features a variety of obstacles, which do not require upper body strength to complete. The course includes mud, foam, and water obstacles, though there is no full water submersion. Participants can go at their own pace, as the event is not chip-timed.
The event includes hot wash-downs and changing rooms at the finish. A bag drop service is provided. Participants receive a finisher medal and a free finisher photo, with the option to purchase more photos.
Spectators are welcome at the event, which takes place in Brentwood, Essex. The venue is accessible by car and is 15 minutes from Brentwood and Epping train stations. Dogs on leads are allowed at the event site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
- 5 km: This course is designed for participants aged 7 and over. Children aged 7-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- 1.5 km: This shorter course is designed for families, with a minimum age of 4. Children aged 4-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
